Compared to the tin thing this replaced, this is a very solid mount.
My only observation is that I don't think it is coated (bare steel), it would have been nice to see it galvanized or powder coated.
I did need to bend it flat to work for my application, maybe fillernecksuppy should think about offering a straight mount to weld to the rail of a flatbed?

Was just what we needed!
We bought this mount for the new Aluma flatbed we bought for our F-350 super duty. The aluma bed doesn’t have a lot of surface to install to underneath, and we did not want to mount it on the edge because the electrical wiring ran inside the square tubing on the side the filler neck was on. With a piece of angle iron and some stainless hardware, we made a base it could be mounted to which kept it under the edge of the truck bed and allowed for easy angle adjustment after installation. Worked perfectly, and made mounting the filler neck quick and easy.
