 Installation Notes: 

1) FOR CAPS NOT EQUIPPED WITH ORIGINAL TETHER.

A Hole will need to be drilled in center of caps not equiped with origonal tether;  Tether will be attached using push in retainers.

 2) FOR CAPS WITH ORIGINAL TETHER.

Use Metal Clip to secure tether after removing old tether from cap; or use push in retainer clips.
