Saved me from replacing the entire fuel tank on my 69 C10. Lost the key for the locking gas cap and the filler neck was banged up pretty good from age. Attempted a replacement LMC Truck 2 inch filler neck and this sleeve made it possible for the neck to work properly over the 1 7/8 original tank neck.
