Great fit and quality, high price
This is the only source I could find this hose. It 77% as much as the entire fuel tank, but it was what I needed. Let's work on that price a bit.

1980-1986 Ford F Series (OUTER) Fuel Filler Hose (STANDARD BED FRONT TANK)
Installed on a 1986 F150 Base 4.9L 8-ft bed side tank. Fit perfect. This was after first trying the recommended hose from Spectra, which was about 2 inches too short.
